Wild Boar Meatball Seller in Tambora Secured

The Wonogirian Meatball Noodle (BMW) business owned by Sutiman Wasis Utomo (45) on Jalan Pekojan III RT 07/08, Pekojan Urban Village, Tambora Sub-district, West Jakarta is finally ended. Sutiman recently known selling meatball mixed with wild boar meat. A laboratory test revealed.

West Jakarta Head Sub-dept. Livestock and Fishery, Aviaty, said the raid on Sutiman's business is conducted based on residents report who mistrusted on him.
Aviaty started investigation on Friday (4/25) by monitoring and buying Sutiman's meatball. Three days after laboratory test, the result revealed that Sutiman's meatball contained wild boar meat.
"Sutiman violated Bill No 8/1999 about Consumer Protection," Aviaty said, Monday (5/5).
Tambora Police Sector directly secured Sutiman right after Aviaty filed report. Aviaty also collected evidences in form of two plastic bags of minced meat and hundred of meatballs which allegedly mixed with wild boar meat.
Sutiman admitted had been 8 years selling meatballs at the location, but he mixed beef with wild boar meat a month ago.
"I bought wild boar meat from friend of mine, Jon, who lives in Cengkareng, Rp 45 thousand per kilogram. I produced 30 kilogram meatballs everyday. The meatballs were also distributed to another three meatball sellers. They are my friend too," Sutiman explained.
